Harvest Celebration This Saturday October 8th

Please join us for the Market @ The Village’s

SECOND ANNUAL HARVEST CELEBRATION

on Saturday October 8th

Celebrate the harvest in Niagara on the last day of Farmers’ Market for 2016.  Meet up with friends, and take it all in until next year!  We will have food trucks and food vendors, prepared seasonal foods to take home, live music, locally baked goods and produce, decorations, and a pie competition.

Special seasonal offerings from our vendors include apple and pumpkin pies, potatoes, sweet potatoes, roasted chestnut cranberry jelly, cabbage, grapes, smoked trout pate, Thanksgiving Herb Butter (sage, rosemary, thyme, parsley, sea salt & black pepper) and so much more.  It truly is a cornucopia of Niagara goodness!

Bartel Organics will again be offering Rose’s beautiful pumpkin centerpieces; truly a conversation piece for your Thanksgiving table.  Kim at Gryphon Ridge is holding her “CLEARANCE SALE” on selected jam and jelly varieties.  Check it out – $5 each or 5 foe $20.  What a deal!

Brian from Smooth Edge Sharpening Services will be set up one last time this season to ensure that you have a sharp knife to carve your Thanksgiving turkey with!

Dust off Grandma’s pie recipe, and enter the pie competition for a chance to win some great prizes.  Details of the pie competition are as follows:

Pie Entry:  11 am

Pie Judging:  Noon

  • All ages welcome.
  • No need to pre-register.
