At SupperMarket on this August 23rd, we welcome back crowd favourite Rusty Jacob. They always put on a great show, entertaining with favourites from then and now. Rancourt and Jackson Triggs wineries, The Exchange and Oast House, and Lowrey Bros. Cider will be open for business, and with our 20+ food vendors, there’s sure to be something that you haven’t had a chance to try yet this season! There’s plenty of seating at one of our colourful picnic tables, or bring your own chairs and picnic blankets and find a spot on the grassy area. Mom and dad can enjoy time socializing while the kids enjoy the FREE Kids’ Zone (with a non-perishable food donation for Newark Neighbours PLEASE) The activities are open weekly from 6-8pm, providing entertainment for young families. Niagara Nature Tours activity on the 23rd is “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” Kid’s Zone is sponsored by The Market @ The Village, Niagara Inflatables, and Niagara Nature Tours. Ample SupperMarket parking can be found in the lot off of Niven Road. If you are in need of parking for handicapped or elderly, simply pull into the main parking lot, and our incredible parking attendant Jimi will show you to your reserved parking spot. The Notl Safety Committee in conjunction with St. John’s Ambulance will be holding a free Car Seat Clinic at the Farmers’ Market on Saturday August 26th, just in time for back-to-school! Stop by to have your seat and installation inspected, receive safety tips, and have the peace of mind that your precious cargo is being safely transported.
