For a lively community event, the Wednesday evening SupperMarket is the place to be! The music on the Shaw Festival Market Stage is by The Hopyards, wines from Riverview & Joseph’s, beer from Silversmith and The Exchange, and cider from Ironwood are sure to quench your thirst. And the food……….with 20+ food vendors and trucks, you will find everything from gourmet hot dogs and fries to mouthwatering ethnic foods to pulled pork and sweet potato poutine , many vegetarian/vegan options, and absolutely everything in between! A fun evening for the whole family; bring a picnic blanket and chairs, kick back and relax. The Vendors’ MarketPlace, under the big white Meridian Credit Union tent will have artisans & farmers. The FREE (with a non-perishable food donation to Newark Neighbours) Kid’s Zone will be open from 6-8pm, sponsored by DF Design Build, Niagara Inflatables, & Niagara Nature Tours. Join us to celebrate summer in Niagara every Wednesday evening 4:30 pm until 9 pm until September 18th.
The Market @ The Village is continuing to accept donations of non-perishable food items for Newark Neighbours at both Wednesday SupperMarket and Saturday Farmers’ Market. SupperMarket runs every Wednesday 4:30-9pm until September 18th, and Farmers Market every Saturday 8am-1pm until October 5th.
