SAVE THE DATE FOR KIDS DAY @ THE MARKET!
Running out of things to do with the kids this summer? Looking for a great way to spend a Saturday morning? Save the date; on Saturday July 29th, the Market @ The Village will be hosting our annual Kids Day @ The Market. From 8-1pm, you can bring the littles out to have fun in the bouncy house, face painting, crafts, scheduled story times, exploring the Niagara on the Lake Museum’s “Tiny Museum” and more. All activities are free, however we will gladly be accepting donations to the NOTL Youth Collective www.notlyouth.com and other community youth not-for-profits. Our vendors will have kid-friendly food options available, in addition to some fun kid products. Plan on joining us for Kids Day @ The Market on Saturday July 29th.
Meanwhile, this Saturday, there is nowhere better than Niagara than your local farmers’ market at this time of the year for fresh fruits and vegetables! Our vendors and farmers have their tables overflowing with local goodness. Look forward to purchasing peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines, raspberries, salad greens, fresh herbs, potatoes, sugar snap peas, green beans, beets, and much, much more. Also available are fresh-baked bread, biscuits, macarons, cookies and desserts, jams, farm fresh eggs, organic maple syrup, local honey, cheese, bath & body products, hand tied floral bouquets, and many gift items. Market is the perfect way to start off your weekend, grab fresh fruit and veggies for the week, flowers for the table, hostess gifts, and a quick bite of breakfast or lunch.
The Market @ The Village Farmers’ Market is an open air, friendly shopping experience. We work hard to ensure that we are providing our customers with a place to access farm to table food. Be environmentally friendly and bring your own reuseable shopping bag. Our world will thank you.
Farmers’ Market is open every Saturday morning from 8 am to 1 pm until October 7th, and we are located at 111 Garrison Village Dr (in front of the Garrison House restaurant)
