NEW VENDORS STARTING THIS SATURDAY @ MARKET
Neufeld Family Farm, Wineroute Antiques & African Baskets, Little Green Shop, Canalside Soda Co.
We have received good news, and Farmers’ Market can now add “non-food” vendors to our Saturday lineup. Starting this week, Tara Rosling’s “Little Green Shop” will be set up with her locally sourced, eco friendly products for home & body, Georgie from Wineroute Antiques will be back with her beautiful African baskets and an array of antique items, and our sponsor Limited Distillery’s locally produced hand sanitizer will be available for purchase. Also this week, we welcome Canalside Soda Company. Sean will be vending his delicious small batch, premium non-alcoholic beverages, of Ginger Beer, Orange Cream, Cherry Lime, and seasonal beverages such as Peach, White Grape Soda and Apple Pie Soda, produced from fruit grown on their Lincoln farm. Amazing summer sippers or a premium mix for your favourite drinks. As further crops to come into season, more farmers will be adding local goodness to our Saturday mornings. This week, we welcome back Neufeld Farms. Our regular farmers and food vendors are excited to provide you with raspberries & strawberries, rhubarb, organic sourdough bread, farm fresh eggs, frozen and refrigerated entrees, soups, and other take-home meal options, fresh-baked pastries & pies, maple syrup, local honey, cheese, butter, wine, seasonal greens, microgreens, jams, jellies, juices, hand-tied floral bouquets, and so much more.
The following week, on June 27th, Olsen Family Farm, unique jewelry vendor Kiwi’s Curios, and Brian from Smooth Edge Sharpening Services will be starting up at Market. Please note that Brian will only be working on scissors and knives this season, because of sanitization concerns.
In addition to thanking our 2020 Market sponsors, John & Liz Hawley, The Wineries of Niagara on the Lake, and Limited Distillery, we would like to thank our wonderful customers for the great show of support so far this season. We love to see your smiling faces every Saturday.
Please keep in mind, no onsite food preparation, sampling, or food consumption are allowed at Farmers’ Market until further notice, as per the Niagara Region Public Health Department. For your protection, all of our vendors and staff wear either a face mask or a face shield, and we appreciate it when our customers do also. We have an ATM onsite for your shopping convenience; some of our vendors are cash only, some are card only, and some take either.
The Farmers’ Market runs every Saturday morning from 8 am to 1 pm until October 3rd.
