SUPPERMARKET NEWS FOR WEDNESDAY JUNE 20th
The ever-popular SupperMarket is in full swing. On Wednesday June 20th, look forward to some great music by popular local band Ear Candy. The free (with a food donation for Newark Neighbours) “Kids Zone” sponsored by Niagara Inflatables, Niagara Nature Tours, DF Design Build, and The Market @ The Village is open 6-8pm. Enjoy a glass of local wine from Stratus or Chateau des Charmes, a beer from Oast House or The Exchange, or a Cider from Ironwood while dining on gourmet foods from our 20+ vendors.
The Farmers’ Market runs every Saturday morning from 8 am to 1 pm until October 6th, and the SupperMarket runs every Wednesday from 4:30 to 9 pm until September 19th. Because of the generous support of John & Liz Hawley, Allstate Insurance-St. Catharines, NOTL Realty, DF Design Build, and The Wineries of Niagara on the Lake, we are able to provide you with two exceptional Markets every week. FARMERS’ MARKET NEWS FOR SATURDAY JUNE 23rd
With more and more farmers joining us on Saturday mornings from 8 to 1, there are so many delicious reasons to attend The Farmers’ Market @ The Village this weekend. We will have new potatoes, beets, radishes, sugar snap peas, greens, rhubarband more! As always, you can get your fill of freshly baked breads and sweets, jams, artisanal butter, and other delicious local items. What better way to usher in the weekend than enjoying a coffee, local fruit smoothie, “Egg Thingy”, or some “Famous Toast” while catching some tunes by local musician Shaun Devlin. We love getting our dose of community on Saturday mornings with you.
