As we head into the cooler weather, the Farmers’ Market @ The Village is in full swing, and continues right through until Thanksgiving weekend. This Saturday September 24th, shop early to get the best selection; our Market vendors tables are brimming with freshly picked local produce, we have bread and eggs and cheese, and everything to complete your delicious homemade meals. It is truly one-stop-shopping! Nothing tastes better than farm to table. You will find a wide variety of seasonal baked goods, pickles, preserves, jellies, juices, hand tied floral bouquets, and so much more. Start your Christmas shopping early! The Market @ The Village is the place to shop from local artisans, find some unique items, and support local. This Saturday, check out the wonderful gift items offered by The Hive, Cozy Creek, Savuti, and WineRoute Antiques.
Bring your turkey carving knife this Saturday, and drop it off to Brian at Smooth Edge Sharpening Services to get it ready for the big weekend. He also services tools, blades and scissors. While you are waiting, grab a bite of breakfast from Sweets & Swirls Café, or an organically raised sausage on a bun from Knelsen Family Homestead.
